What Are my Yoga CLasses like?
All classes are free and donation based. Each month we donate to a different organization. My yoga classes are designed to help you create space in your body to allow you to live an easier life! what. a. concept! Creating space gives you more mobility and joy as you ~move~ throughout your day. I do this through fun flows of twists, bends, folds, and moves that engage muscles you might not use in your everyday life.
Why Space?
I love this word. When you have more space in your body - between your joints - you have more mobility and greater feelings of fluidity in your body.
Space Part 2
For example, imagine you are in a crowded elevator. What does that remind you of? Now imagine the feeling of getting out of that crowded elevator. *sigh in unison* That’s how I like to think of my joints before and after a yoga class.
Class Descriptions
Fez Yoga flow
The OG class that I teach. We do weird and fun bends, folds, twists, and other hybrid movements to create space in your joints and feel happier and healthier. Class is designed to leave you rejuvenated and joyful. And is based on requests made from YOU.
Yoga Shorts
Not to be confused with the beloved animated shorts category from the Oscars, these are mini classes similarly designed to a fez yoga flow. Each of the mini classes focuses on a body part, theme, or pose.
