My THird yoga and movement retreat is happening summer 2025 in Rauris, Austria from August 21-26, 2025!!!!!!!

It will be a relaxing 6 days of movement, yoga, and fun. We will be in the beautiful mountain town of Rauris and have the opportunity to hike, bike, and (most importantly) do yoga in the mountains. This retreat will be held at Pension Anneliese, my lovely friend Lisa's family's bed and breakfast (which is super special!). All details and pricing information is below, including how to sign up! Fun fact: Rauris is also the place where movewithfez was originated and created! It comes full circle.

• Yoga mat and props or prop like things! (if you don't have props we will be creative!)

• Anything you would bring if going on a holiday in the mountains! I will personally be wearing yoga clothes (aka lulu) the whole time.

Travel Tips

Depending on where in the world you're coming from, there are options! This year, the retreat is during August, which means height of European summer - book your flights early - everything else will be covered for you. 😍

We recommend renting a car so you have the most flexibility to get around to all the beautiful mountains and hikes nearby Rauris. Bring a friend, rent a car, and let’s go do yoga on top of the mountains!!

How to get there

• By plane: If you’re traveling from Europe, the closest airport is Salzburg (SZG). From the airport you can take the train to the main station in Salzburg and then a train directly to Rauris. The stop to get off at is "Taxenbach-Rauris." If you’re traveling from the US I recommend flying to Munich or Vienna if you’re planning to mainly come to the retreat! Then you can take the train from there to Rauris. If possible, I HIGHLY recommend flying in and out of another nearby large city in Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, or even France if you see cheaper flights and then make your way to Rauris by train.

• By train: You can take the train right to Rauris! The station is named "Taxenbach-Rauris." You can find the train schedule here.
